Common questions
How does hourly pricing work?
We charge by project size, not by a fixed menu of tasks. Under 20 hours is $129/hr. Between 20 and 50 hours is $99/hr. For 50+ hours, we discuss scope and provide a customized quote. All prices are AUD excluding GST. Which band you land in depends on what your business needs, we confirm that in discovery.
Is the discovery meeting really free?
Yes. The first discovery meeting (up to 60 minutes) is free. We use it to understand your business, current tools, and goals. Each Zoho product has different complexity, and we won't guess a package without that context. You'll leave with a clear recommendation and which rate band applies, whether or not you proceed with us.
Why don't you list hours per product or task?
Because the same product can mean very different work. A CRM for a five-person sales team is not the same as a CRM with custom modules, migration, and Books integration. We scope after we understand what you're after, then we work within the hourly rate bands above.
Do you provide a fixed quote?
After discovery, we agree scope and which rate band applies before paid work starts. For larger engagements (50+ hours), we can offer a fixed quote. If scope changes mid-project, we'll discuss it before additional hours are incurred.
Do you resell Zoho licenses?
We can help you purchase Zoho licenses, but our pricing is separate from Zoho's subscription fees. We're consultants and implementors, not license resellers. You buy Zoho directly (often at better rates than through a partner markup).
How do you track time?
We log hours transparently and share timesheets with you. If we're approaching the agreed scope, we'll flag it and discuss options: extend, descope, or pause. No surprise invoices.
Are prices in AUD?
Yes. All hourly rates are in Australian dollars, excluding GST. GST applies to Australian business customers.

The same hourly bands as consulting: $129/hr under 20 hours, $99/hr for 20–50 hours, and custom quotes for larger work. That covers Zoho CRM development, Creator app development, Deluge scripting, APIs, and integrations. We scope technical work in free discovery before any paid hours start.
